sending distribution list without sending everyone's address to other distribution members

I need to find out how to send a message to a distribution group without the recipients getting everyone's email address. I cannot send using bcc as some are unable to receive bcc messages.
Any ideas would be helpful.

Use Mail Merge from within Word instead then.
