sending a ppt presentation and video via email

S

Sara Tanner

My client sent me a video file. They want me to send the presentation with
the video clip back. Can I email it back without ruining the link? The
video file alone is too big for email. Usually I would put the files on a
CD and overnight the file.

Thanks

Your going to have to send the video file, as they are not embedded into the
presentation..

But, If they have the same video, with the same filename you could put the video
into the same folder before you insert it into the presentation. Insert it, then
email the presentation to them and have them put it into the same folder as the
video, and the link should remain intact. Worth a try. If it don't work, then
send them this link and have them reconnect the video.

Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or email a
presentation
