selectively convert incoming emails with html to plain text

There is one person that sends emails to me that are loaded with graphics,
backgrounds, noises, and other nonsensical junk (with one sentence of 'real'
content). I get lots of other mail in html that is acceptable. I want to
convert just this one sender's mail from html to plain text (and let the
other html mail pass through). Is there a way?
