Script error when trying to print

Greetings,
I have a user running Windows95 and outlook98.
He has an HP Laserjet 2100 connected and has been
successful in printing from outlook.

Starting today, when he tries to print an email message he
gets a popup:
internet explorer script error
596
2
invalid
0
res://c:\windows\system\shdocll.dll/preview.dlg

He can still print from word, but not Outlook.

any ideas ? No upgrading from Win95 is not an option right now.
