Script Error when accessing User Accounts via Control Panel

Ken

I just installed a fresh copy of WinXP on a new computer (ASUS P5B Deluxe
MB, Intel E6600 CPU, Corsair Twin2X2048-6400C4 Memory and an XFX 7900GS
Video Card). I let Microsoft install all the latest updates and fixes
including IE7. The problem I have encountered is minor but... when I go
"Start/Control Panel/User Accounts" more than once after a fresh boot I get
the following:

An Error Occurred in the Script on this page.

Line: 4
Char: 1
Error: Access Denied
Code: 0
URL: res//C:\Windows\System32\nusmgr.crl/nusmgr.hta

For some reason I don't get the Error the first time after a fresh boot.
Other than the message everything else seems to work OK in the User Accounts
area. I would appreciate some input on what setting I have to change or
what additional piece of software I need to install to make this problem go
away. I have the "same" software on two other systems and have not
experienced this problem.
Thanks in advance.

Ken,

Check this KB (although I don't think it will help)

Sure reads like my problem except I only have to go there twice (with slow
mouse clicks) to get the error message. I guess I can live with it till a
whole new set of issues comes with Vista. Thanks for the information.
