SceCli 1202 Not enough storage

We are receiving the following two event entries (duplicate date/time) in
the Application Event Log every 5 minutes on Windows 2000 Server that had
been hosting Exchange 5.5. ISA 2004 was installed and then the Exchange 5.5
was migrated to a new server having Exchange Server 2000. All the Exchange
services are now disabled on this Windows 2000 Server.

The Windows 2000 Server currently has 270MB available on C: and has about
2GB allocated to Virtual Memory with 512MB RAM. We have turned modified the
ISA MSFW MSDE logging and reset it to use File logging. This has freed up
about 10MB of RAM memory according to the Task Manager. Task Manager is
still reporting nearly 100% memory usage of the 2GB.

We can duplicate the following two Event Log entries by running "secedit
/refreshpolicy machine_policy /enforce" from a command prompt.

We are wanting to solve these Event Log entries, so they are not appearing
every five minutes.

I could not find anything relevant about your 1202 0X8 Event ID however the
info in the link below on Event ID 454 may be helpful.

My guess is that the hard drive does not have enough space to do some
operation. 270MB is not very much free space by todays standards. You might
check the drive for unneeded .tmp files and such to see if you can free up
any more room or add another hard drive an move the VM file to it [or at
least most of it as you may want to leave some on the current drive]. ---
