SAP to Excel download - opens two work sheets instead of one

Dear Experts,
we are running an SAP program that downloads data into a
file and opens that file automatically in Excel as a
workbook. On most PC's this works fine. On some PC's the
downloaded data workbook is opened and as well an empty
workbook in front of the data workbook. The user does not
know about this second workbook feature and thinks that no
data was downloaded.
Do you know where I can change that behavior?

OK - I found the cause.

I had to remove the VISIO macros in Excel that were
created during the VISIO installation.
Most users probably do not use the VISIO button in Excel
anyhow, so the removal is not an issue.
