First you need to make sure that the conditions of sale of the tickets
clearly identified those particular conditions. Then, if that is the case,
you simply refer to those conditions. If there were not conditions of sale
made available to the purchaser at the time of purchase, or they did not
identify those particular conditions, why shouldn't the purchaser be
entitled to a refund?
