same three popups when i close internet explorer

i have the same three popups appear whenever i close
internet explorer. is there a way i can track down the
program that is prompting these to appear, or am i just
stuck with them?

spybot safer-networking.org
ad-aware lavasoftusa.com
and use mozilla.org firefox as your browser. it is better
than un-secure ie.
