Runtime error '75' (Path/file access error)

Discussion in 'Windows XP General' started by Joe M. in Virginia, Sep 3, 2003.

  1. When some (but not all) users log onto this computer, the
    receive the following message:

    REMINDER
    Runtime error '75'
    Path/file access error.

It goes away when OK is selected, but the compalints are
    getting old.

This box runs WindowsXP Home, with Norton Internet
Security 2003 (Firewall and Anti-Virus), with all SPs and
    patches up to date.

I have not found anything in documentation or on
    Technet. Can anyone help?

    Thanks.

    Joe
