running 2 slide shows simultaneously

Is it possible to run 2 shows on one monitor? I need to
flip between 2 presentations possibly using the Windows
Alt-Tab shortcut to move from one full screen
presentation to another full screen presentation. Alt-
Tab doesn't do this on my XP machine but I thought there
may be another solution.
TIA
Phil

Usually, PowerPoint only allows for one active show at a time. If you have
more than one show in presentation, then all but the active one are paused.

Having said this, you may want to look at an add-in that allows multiple
shows on multiple monitors. I do not know if it can run them all, full
screen, on the same monitor simultaneously.

Hello,

PowerPoint does not have the built-in capability to show and control
multiple slide shows simultaneously.

If you (or anyone else reading this message) feel strongly that PowerPoint
should include some additional features around multiple monitors and
multiple slide shows (without requiring an add-in or additional software),
don't forget to send your feedback (in YOUR OWN WORDS, please) to Microsoft
at:

As with all product suggestions, it's important that you not just state
your wish but also WHY it is important to you that your product suggestion
be implemented by Microsoft. Microsoft receives thousands of product
suggestions every day and we read each one but, in any given product
development cycle, there are only sufficient resources to address the ones
that are most important to our customers so take the extra time to state
your case as clearly and completely as possible.

IMPORTANT: Each submission should be a single suggestion (not a list of
suggestions).
