Run Time Error '75' Path/File Access error

I get this error every time I try to upload an excel sreadsheet into another
application. When I ask the people who run this program I am trying to upload
to they act like they have no idea why this is happening & are giving me no
help as to where I need to start looking to fix the problem.
At first I thought the file was too big - so I deleted most of it &
attempeted to make it a quick upload... I still got the same error. I have
run this program successfully before so I am not sure why this would be
happening now.
