Run-time error '-214767259 (80004005)'

Hello everyone,

I have a user who is using Outlook 2003 and Word 2003 (with SP2), on Windows
XP (SP2) platform.

She have used the word template "My Outlook Calendar.dot" to import her
manager's monthly calendar into a Word doc, for quite sometime, with no
problems till now.

Now-a-days, when she tries to do an import, she gets a VB Script "Runtime
error '-214767259 (80004005)' Method 'IsRecurring' of object
'appointmentItem' failed"... and the import will end.

Does anyone know what this error means?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
