Run 2 Sound Cards @ the same time??

Discussion in 'Windows XP Hardware' started by Mark Domander, Feb 9, 2004.

  1. I am running Windows XP Home, and have one SoundBlaster Live Value 5.1 (PCI)
and an onboard SoundMAX sound card, my sound blaster does not have the
output to handle a good signal transfer to both my speakers and to my stereo
(i will get quiet and noise ridden sound). I wish to have them both in use
at the same time, whichever to whatever device, as long as it permits me to
get the two outputs with decent sound. I have been trying to enable both to
work @ the same time but with no sucess. Can anybody help?
