Rules server-side

I would like to create a rule to move faxes from
my inbox to a public folder, but not a only-client rule, a server rule,
because I dont have to open the outlook.

Your English is fine. Since this is an Exchange question, not a fax
question, you'll more likely get a reply in an Exchange group. I wouldn't
recognize an Exchange Server if it came up and kicked me in the shins.

you can't force rules to be server side - so if it comes up client side,
it's going to be client side.
