Rules - Rules - Rules

Is there a simple way to set up a rule in Outlook which says

If the user is a local user from our Exchange Server to move the files to
the 'Desired Folder'??

There must be.
1st I thought to say if e-mail address contains @domainname.com then move to
folder.
But that does not work.

What am I missing??

Thanks in advance.

I'm unsure what versions you are using - server and client wise.
However, I'm using Office XP/ XP Pro on an e2k server. One of the
options I have in my Rules Wizard (starting from a blank rule) is to
filter messages "From specified address book". Set that address book
to "Global Address List". I would imagine that would do the trick.
Of course, that assumes you have XP in place - I don't know if it'll
work on earlier versions of Office.

Good luck! Hope this helps :)

Try using a rule which includes an exception for Sender's
Address - does not include "@" (only enter @ sign and
not "" marks when creating the rule). Messages from your
own Exchange server should meet that criteria.
