Windows Vista rss downloaded news stories

Can anyone tell me how i can delete all the downloaded news stories etc that have accumulated on my laptop.I recently installed Office 2007 and was not aware of this RSS programme that came with it.So loads of news items have been downloaded and i could do with reclaiming the space they are using up. Any help would be great.My op system is Vista home premium.
