Hello Dave ....

Saw your problem below!

I am having the same issues, but unable to find answers.

Do you have any information from your posting that you can forward to me?

I am running a Dell 2650 Server, Win2K3, all service packs, VPN setup, I don’t think the Routing and Remote Access Service ever ran,

Had RAS and VPN working. In middle of remote session seems that RAS
shutdown. Cannot restart service. Getting a RemoteAccess event ID
20153 - Access was denied because user name/password was invalid on
the domain. Also getting event 7024 on Service Control Manager -
Routing and Remote Access service terminated with service-specific
error 691. Have tried to setup Routing and Remote access through
wizard again and keep getting same error message. Thanks for any help
or ideas.

Make sure that the path that Remote Access Logging is configured to write
to is correct and that the folder has the correct permissions.
