Roaming Profile on Windows XP

When I goto system/advance/user, I don't have the option
of change my profile from local to roaming. The box for
roaming profile is there but I can't select it.

I have admin right to the windows 2000 Pro Server and the
the local workstation

What's preventing from being able to select this dialog
box and what can I do to fix it?

Hi Keith,

This one explains it:

If the Roaming Profile option is not available, you are trying to configure
a local user profile. You can only configure roaming profiles for user
accounts that are located in the Active Directory, and the accounts must be
set up to allow for roaming users.
