RIS/WDS PXE Boot issue

Environment:

Windows 2003 RIS/WDS server in Mixed mode. IP address 170.192.150.x
DHCP Server on seperate subnet. IP address 170.192.153.x

Issue:

I can get the client to boot by pressing F12 and it DOES get a DHCP address from the DHCP server. I then get a PXE-M0F Exiting Broadcom PXE Rom.

The weird thing is, I've had it boot to PXE before and it has worked, but I had the WDS options incorrectly set that required me to accept a client. Once I got all that configured properly I now get this error?
