RIS-CD based image needed

install a CD-based image? There is a copy of W2k Pro in an I386 folder on
the C drive. Do I need to share it or move it to the drive where RIS is?
I've tried Riprep on two different workstations both have IE 6SP1 running;
one is W2k SP3 with not updates, and the other is W2k SP4 with all updates.
But both are giving the same message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For some reason only half of my question printed to the group. So I'm goin
to try to state it over:
I'm using Riprep to place an image on the server, but I get the message
listed below that I need to install a CD-based image.
