Right-clicking image does not give the option to save as a JPG

This is driving me nuts. I periodically lose the ability
to right-click an image on the web and "save as" a JPG
file, even when the native format of the image is a JPG.
Right-clicking on the image defaults to "untitled.bmp".
Saving in any other image format is not an option. Any
clues?

On the top bar of IE, click on Tools and Internet options.
A window will open, click on Delete files button.
Click on the Advanced tab of this window and scroll down to Security in the
opening window. Check the box "Empty....."
This will clean your Internet temporary file folder and clean it everytime
you close your browser and prevent this annoying problem.
