right click printing in sent items

I have a client that wants to right click messages in her
sent items folder and click print. She used to do this in
previous versions, but now has Outlook 2002 and she gets
an error that says...Please open this html message to
print it. Is there any way of keeping this message from
coming up and just have it print??
