Return address truncated when Replying or Replying to All

I have a new email address. When recipients hit Reply or Reply to all,
Outlook fills in the To: field with my email address, but removes the last
character to the left of the @ sign! Messages are undeliverable. The address
is not too long--eight characters. The characters to the left of the @ sign
are suzannew@, but Outlook enters just suzanne@. Any thoughts on this? It is
very bizarre, and basically makes the address unusable.

To me that sounds like you are sending out the incorrect email address
in either the 'From:' or 'Reply-to:' header. Can you check if you can
see the email headers of your sent messages (View | Options)? I myself
cannot see the headers of my outgoing messages, so you may also not be
able to do so (depending on your Outlook version and account type). In
that case, can you ask on of the recipients of your mail to check the
email headers ('From:' and 'Reply-to:' header lines) if the email
address is correct or not?

The problem is resolved. Outlook was dropping the w in the Reply to address,
even though it was entered correctly in the settings, and it displayed
correctly in the From field on outgoing and received messages. No idea why.
It seemed to be confusing the User Name with the Reply to address. In any
case, I deleted the account and set it up again, and now it works fine.
