Retrieve Microsoft Exchange Server(Outlook) attachment limit using Csharp

Hi,

How can I get microsoft exchange server(Outlook) attachment limit using .NET framework? I found some ways to set it but couldn't find ways to get attachment limit.
I don't want to hardcode it. While reading some articles I found it is possible for the user to change the attachment limit.
