restore default folder permissions

Is it possible to revert folder permissions to their default (at the time of
installation and new user creation) values?

If impossible, where do I look for info re: standard permissions for Shared
and individual user's Documents folders?

Generally for the folders in a users profile the user will have full control
NTFS permissions, system will also have full control permissions, and the
user will be the owner of the folder. Share permissions are only for the
access level a user needs over the network to the shared folder and the user
is also subject the NTFS folder permissions. A user [or group the user is
in] needs read share permission to read and execute files in the share and
will also need change permission to write and delete files to the folder.
