Restore "Accessibility" features to Windows default

As an experiment I ran the wizard "Configure Windows to work with your
vision, hearing and mobility needs" under Accessibility options.
Unfortunately this changed my font settings and I can't work out how to set
them back to the default.

I'm not sure why the font size changed as I left it on the smallest setting
when I ran the wizard and clicked next to see what other options existed. I
never clicked OK or Apply and cancelled the wiz before the end.

CWatters,

Try System Restore to a point before you ran the Accessibility Wizard. After
reading your post, I tried the same experiment and sure enough I ended up
with large icons in the task bar and large font even though I hit cancel at
the end of the wizard. I too was unable to reset it to normal. It took a
system restore to return everything to it's correct state.

Good Luck,

Mike

Hi Mike,

Thanks for that. Sorry it caused you some grief. I guess a System Restore is
the only way.

You're welcome Colin. It was no grief at all as I had a restore point from
earlier in the day when I downloaded an XP critical update. Besides, it was
an interesting experiment, something I had not tried.

Good luck,

Mike
