resource kit utility subinacl

I am trying to use the Resource Kit utility SubInACL to
set ownership on user data directories. I am following
the syntax exactly as posted in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-
US;265360 and
http://www.winnetmag.com/WindowsSecurity/Article/ArticleID/
23663/23663.html. However, I am receiving an error:
LookupAccountName : setowner 1722 The RPC server is
unavailable.

Anyone know what is wrong?

Hi

Be sure you use the newest version of SubInACL.exe.

A new, bug-fixed version of SubInACL.exe is available for download here
(Win2k/WinXP/Win2k3), but I have no idea if that solves your problem:

Yes!!! This worked. Thank you very much. I don't know
why I didn't come across this when searching on
Microsoft's website. I didn't know there was a new
version, it never showed up in search results.
