My processor is "Intel(R) Celeron (R) CPU- [E1400 2.00Ghz E1400 2.00Ghz. My memory is 2.00GB. The "workgroup is WORKGROUP".
This all new to me , any help will be greatly appreciated.

the notice is usually cased by the monitor itself detecting you are not using the right resolution ... what is the operating system, and more important, what is the monitor?
