REPOST: How to create a VB code library

I have various general purpose code modules (not tied to a form) in one
database that i would now like to use in another database. I assume
that i should be able to put them into a library of some sort and then
use that in the other database (seems much cleaner than importing all
the modules). How do i go about doing this ?

That's all ?
I just set up a reference to an existing .mdb file ?
I don't need to do anything special to it first ?
(I seem to have trouble with things that are too easy ...)
