Repeated crashing - not virus related though

My Windows 2000 server (running Norton Corporate and Citrix) keeps
crashing - probably a dozen times a day with the following message in the
System log :

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was 0x0000001e
(0xc000005, 0x8046c797, 0x0000001,0x00000071). Microsoft Windows 2000
(v15.2195)

Has anyone got any ideas - I have checked the hardware out and everything
seems to be working, I've run some detail checks on the ram and the fans are
working so I don't think I have a hardware problem. The users are not
reporting that it happens everytime a specific action is taken.

Really really need some help please.

press winkey and pause to bring up system properties

advanced tab

startup and recovery button

untick automatically reboot

then when it crashes again you'll be able to see the blue screen
.... the last named driver on the blue screen is often the
"culprit" for the crash...
