Please also try Tools, Spyware Scan, Manage Spyware Quarantine.

Check off items, then choose Un-quarantine all checked threats.

If what you are looking for isn't here, you will need to do a System Restore
to a restore point before you did the removal.

If it was a folder of your music and it is not retrieved the way I or Bill
mentioned, is it possible something else moved or deleted it?

I've seen one other message referencing a lost of a folder of MP3's. I
can't be sure it wasn't also from this poster, but it was a while ago, in
terms of time. The user quarantined a bunch of stuff, then found the
mechanism to retrieve from quarantine, but upon reboot, found the music
folder gone.

I think the thread name had "restore failure" or similar in the name.

This may be a similar issue, but I can't tell at this distance.

Mohammed--what would be helpful if it is at all possible would be a detailed
enough description of what was found on your machine (there is a cleaner.log
in the directory the program is installed in) and a description of what
disappeared--the name and content of the folder and what application it was
associated with--that Microsoft can replicate this issue, which I would
expect is quite distressing to you and anyone else seeing it.
