Removed program still appears in shortcut menu

I had a program that was deployable from the shortcut menu, by right-clicking
on a folder. Even though I removed the program (via Add/Remove Programs),
its shortcut still appears when I right-click a folder. How do I remove this
item from the shortcut menu?

Highlight the shortcut and hit the delete key.
