Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service

KB article 830071 is worthless, maybe because of SP4.

RPC service was disabled, how can i re-enable the RPC
service on Win2K Pro SP4 ?

Right click the RPC service in Service and change it from disabled to either
manual or automatic.

Remote Procedure Call(RPC Locator) Manual
