I'm trying to use the XP remote assistance. When I click on Start, Help and
Support, then invite a friend to use remote assistance it displays that it
cannot display the page.

My firewall is off, in fact I uninstalled it.
I've checked all my internet security options also

can anyone help?
Thanks

Hi Matt,

See if this helps:

Clicking "Related Topics" and other hyperlinks cause "Cannot display the page" error in Help and Support Center:
http://www.winxptutor.com/helpctrscripting.htm

If not, try disabling NIS and it's related services *temporarily*
