Remote Assistance Error Message

I'm trying to establish Remote Assistance connection with
my sister's computer. Her invitation comes through OK,
but when I attempt to connect I get a message "Remote
Assistance connection could not be established because
the remote host name could not be resolved. Please try
again."

Is this a problem with her Outlook Express set up? Or
some other conflict? Any info would be appreciated.

Hi,

Are either of you behind a router? If so, you may need to setup prot
forwarding for 3389.
