I can't log on? I clicked something in user accounts that
won't allow me to log on by clicking okay. I have no
idea what my password is as administrator. Have original
software. How do I reinstall? Will I lose all my files,
documents, etc.if I reinstall?

Use tip 1984 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com to reset the
administrator password.
