Registry Filter SP3

I have an old image which I've just removed EWF and added the FBWF and
Registry Filter. The FBWF is working fine. I'd like to add a key to
the registry filter but I don't see a way of doing that, as a matter
of fact I don't even see regfilter listed under HKLM\system
\currentcontrolset\service.

I thought if I saw this regfilter listed I could edit the settings.

Any ideas?

I've done more testing and found that in addition to regfilter being
missing from the registry, the file regflt.sys is also missing from
the image.
This does build successfully with no errors or warnings.
