Registering Windows Vista online

I am unable to register Windows Vista online. I click "continue
registration" and the page just sits there. It indicates a "error in page"
in the lower left corner of IE7. I would think that this site would not be
blocked for a first time Vista user. Is this experienced by anyone else? Is
there something I can do other than turn all filters of and turn of
sercurity. I cant seem to go through with the software registration.

There is not advantage to the user to register the software. Activation is
mandatory, registration is optional and only benefits MS marketing.
