Reduce Size Of PST File

Hello,

I know that PST file is not getting smaller after deleting file from it,

I wanted to know How can I reduce the Size of the PST file,

Maybe in any other tool that will clean the PST file..???

PST files don't reclaim unused space after deleting items. You need to
compact them. Right click the top level folder for hte PST file and choose
Properties. Then click the Advanced button. Click Compact Now. For best
results, compact 3 times in a row.

Just as a note - you can select certain aspects of your
outlook folder to save as a PST, saving your inbox, your
drafts section your contact and even sub-folders if each
independently. This makes things much more controllable
if one of the folders is corrupted. If you can avoid
saving your calender you would be saving massive space.

Then go to advanced properties of the pst and compress.
