red x instead of pictures

I am having trouble seeing some animation.
I ran the Microsoft Live Scan and now I can't see some animations. I am a
member of Pogo and some of the badges that are offered are animated. All I
get is a white box with a red x in it. I could see them earlier today.
Other people are able to view them tho. I don't know what that live scan
changed and how to correct it.
