Red lines on small video problem

Hi,

I've got a little problem down here. I did a clean install of my video
driver (forceware) for my old Geoforce Ti.
Since then I encountered several problems and the main one is that on
small video I got thin red lines (vertical and sometimes horizontal)
while playing. It disappears if I enlarge the video.
Plus my civilization 3 won't start and freeze on a black screen and
direct 3d is tested as nont working (but i never test it before).

If you have any advice I'll gladly read it.

My screen is a lcd LG Flatron 563le.

Please if you have any idea for my problem described below ? More than
red lines, it is red squares around some portions of the video that
appears if I play the video in a small window.
