Recording internet radio and sounds played on my PC

I'm looking for software which is able to record (internet) radio programs,
and other sounds played on my PC.
I have for instance a game on my PC, with funny sounds,
I like to save those sounds in mp3 format,
but...these sounds are built in the game itself.
I prefer saving files in .wav or .mp3.

Just one remark, I have a notebook which has a little microphone,
and the recording software should NOT use this microphone,
otherwise it's recording the internet radio and every sound in my room ;-)

allmedia.km.ru do have an english version of their website....... just click

I'm more looking for programs, not for freeware websites.
The Russian website is very cyrillic, and I'm too lazy to convert that with
my Latin mind.

It is difficult to recommend one because there are so many. I like the
interface of WaveRepair (recording part is freeware, additional functions
shareware).
