Recording Audio via App

Internet Cafe PC #9

No matter which application I use I cannot record sounds either streaming or
PC input. I have the Hi Definiton Audio Card. I have th Sigma Tel High
Definition Audio Codec. Is anyone else experiencing this? What was your
resolution?
