Record a Macro

Is there a way to record a macro in outlook 2000? I want to import a file
from another application and do not want to have to go through all the steps
for importing into outlook whenever I need data from that application?
Urgent response would be greatly appreciated.

No version of Outlook has a macro recorder. All macros are coded directly in
Outlook VBA code.

I have had very little experience with VBA and then only in Access. Can you
suggests given my brief description of what I want to do possible code that
I could modify to meet my requirements.

You can look at www.outlookcode.com for examples of various Outlook VBA code
functions but it's hard to say exactly how to do what you want without
further information.

hang out and the proper place to post programming questions.
