Using outlook 2003. Use COX as ISP and can see the whole email on the
webmail site. However, once Outlook is open and the message is downloaded,
some emails will only have the subject heading but the body is blank. This
happens to a few friends from their company email accounts.
Please help!

Try right-clicking in the body and choosing Select All to see if the font
color is the problem.

Hi Brian, thanks for your kind response.
When I right click to select all, the font button was not even available for
me to change, which implies there is no "text". ALso, I asked the same
person to send me an email and I could view it perfectly fine in Outlook
Express. But when I asked her to send me the same message to Outlook, it was
totally blank except the sender's name, receipt name, and the subject. I
even uninstalled the entire office and reinstall it, the same problem
persists. I do have Norton Antivirus, but I also ask the person to send me a
email while I disable the program. The email still comes out blank. In
fact, this happens to emails that were sent by several other friends, which
had the same problem.
Any help and thoughts will be highly appreciated!!
Simon

Well, if I were in your shoes, I'd completely uninstall Norton Antivirus
while testing. Sometimes disabling a feature in NAV doesn't really disable
it. If you find that works, then reinstall NAV but leave out the mail
scanning feature. Other than that I don't have any better suggestions.
