Does anyone know what might cause:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
    was: 0x0000007f (0x0000000d, 0x00000000, 0x00000000,
    0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 (v15,2195). A dump was
    saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.

There are no other useful log messages in
    app/security/event logs.

    Thank you,
    Wayne

Bob, thanks very much for the info. I'm not sure this is
applicable in this case as we are not running Terminal
services but, the latest windows updates will be applied.

    thanks!

The 0x7F error, UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP. Running any
hardware that is not in the Windows 2000 Hardware Compatibility List (or
HCL)? If this error is recent, then what, if any, new hardware or updates
were installed in the computer, including flashing the bios?
