Reassigned mouse buttons wont stick after reboot ???

I have a left handed user who needs the mouse buttons swapped. We make the
necessary changes but after a reboot the mouse buttons revert back to the
(right handed) default. Any ideas?

This is a Windows XP workstation, current on all MS patches. It attaches to
a Windows 2000 domain and a Netware server. All other customizations will
stick, i.e wallpaper, desktop etc.

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
