I'm finding the same issues. The older version dated 1999
has bugs. The new one downloaded with the 2003 resource
kit does not work at all, even on a 2003 server. Where do
we get the one that the article 321557 talks about???????

There is currently a version of subinacl.exe available for download at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...56-d8fe-4a91-93cf-ed6985e3927b&DisplayLang=en which works on 2003.
