    Andrew,

    I'll give this a shot in the office on Monday. What I have is the need,
    in order for my Blackberry sync to work, NOT to enable a local copy. With
    a local copy disabled, the alerts don't show. I'll try adding in a rule
    that displays an alert and then continues.
